The Lauderdale County School District is embarking on an important journey to develop and implement a strategic plan that will serve as a roadmap for the next three to five years, and focus on such essential areas as: student learning, school culture, community relations, and fiscal responsibility. The entire process will be based on stakeholder and community input.
“This process helps us organize and prioritize our works,” says Lauderdale County Superintendent Dr. John-Mark Cain. “We’re looking forward to engaging our community to partner with us and help guide our future.”
Community input is essential to the success of the process. All community members and stakeholders were encouraged to participate in the strategic planning process through the completion of an anonymous online survey this past spring."
