I acknowledge that a complete application packet as detailed above is required to apply for military exemption in the Lauderdale County School District.  I also understand that the completion and approval of the packet does not register my student for school.  All registration procedures for new and returning students must be followed by the published deadlines in order for my student to be registered and eligible to begin on the first day of school.
