Hard work is paying off in more ways than one for our schools. We are proud to announce that not only did the LCSD earn an "A" rating for the 2021-22 school year, but most of our schools also received an "A" rating. We are proud to announce that Clarkdale, Northeast, and West Lauderdale high schools are each being awarded a 2022 Great Schools College Success Award! They are three out of 1,742 public high schools in 25 states to be honored with an annual College Success Award, which recognizes and celebrates high schools like ours that demonstrate excellence in ensuring students are prepared to succeed in college. The 2nd Annual LCSD Day of Service is one to remember thanks to the hard work of all involved. We are committed to providing our students with a diverse, innovative education that develops the skills necessary to become productive citizens of the 21st century. That's why we're elated to announce that progress is being made on efforts to open the District's first-ever centralized LCSD Career & Technical Education Center.
